Lorneville Lodge, formerly Invercargill Kiwi Holiday Park, is set on a small farmlet, just eight minutes North of Invercargill City Centre. We are the top rated Holiday Park & Speciality Lodging accommodation in Invercargill with Trip Advisor plus a 2011 National AA Hospitality Award Finalist.

The park is only little but has huge personality with a high standard of clean facilities, attention to detail and the friendliest of welcomes.

This plus the farm animals, make our park just a little bit different. We have two stand alone cottages, Granny’s Cottage had one bedroom and the three bedroomed Cottage is perfect for a family. These are funkily decorated in the 60’s and 70’s eras and as they are individual cottages they offer great privacy. The cottages are just like a motel except we don’t do a daily service, have phones or provide your personal toiletries but we do provide complimentary tea, coffee and milk:).

Lorneville Lodge is well laid out with spacious mowed lawns and plenty of room for powered sites and tents. Sites are well sheltered with many well-established hedges and trees. We have a very clean and cosy kitchen with everything provided for eating and cooking just bring your own food. We have a and a free all weather BBQ, unisex toilet shower block and coin operated laundry.  Plus, for the children: an old style playground, a tyre swing and little play house.

During  spring (late August to mid December) you can feed pet lambs, and year round you can pet and feed meal to other farm animals including the older sheep, George the goat and Jersey and Caramel the two Alpaca.

Lorneville Lodge is well situated for an overnight stop for people traveling the Southern Scenic Route crossing to Stewart Island, west to Fiordland or traveling north to Queenstown. The Catlins is a very popular route and we are will situated for anyone who wishes to do a day trip there.
